1st edition/1st printing. In the winter of 1710, the ship Nottingham wallowed down the Maine coast in a howling northeaster, 135 days out of Greenwich, there was no lighthouse on Boon Island......this is the story of the ill fortune that caused the Nottingham to strike that rock...from dj. Book is clean and straight, it is tight; there is a small area at the upper spine edge where the binding fabric is slightly torn and the lower edge is bumped; there is light wear to edges and corners. Dust jacket is price intact, clean and bright; there is some chpping at the spine edges and the white has darkened some on the front and spine. Still, a very nice copy. ; 8.5 x 5.5 inches; 275 pages |
