Notes Beautifully bound in yellow cloth with gilt lettering on the spine and an embossed image of a cat on the front; the book is clean, straight & tight. The spine ends are lightly bumped from shelving, as is the lower front corner. There is a small paper-only slit in the lower end of the front & back gutters. The pages are free of any marks or tears. The endpapers are decorated with images of cats. The dust jacket is clean and bright. It has some edgewear, chipping and a few edge tears that are internally mended. It too is decorated with pictures of cats. Illustrated with magnificent color plates, art reproductions and portraits of outstanding cats, and with photographs and drawings, all attesting to the universal appeal of cats, this is a book for cat lovers and for those who wonder about cats.
